Delivery Zones

1. Nairobi

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi City, ensuring your products reach you within 2-3 hours after placing your order. Our Nairobi delivery zone covers all areas within the city, including but not limited to:

• Central Nairobi: Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Upperhill, Parklands, Riverside.
• South Nairobi: South B, South C, Nairobi West, Madaraka, Langata, Kibera, Karen.
• East Nairobi: Donholm, Buru Buru, Embakasi, Fedha, Pipeline, Umoja.
• North Nairobi: Runda, Gigiri, Kitisuru, Rosslyn, Ridgeways, Kasarani, Roysambu.
• West Nairobi: Kangemi, Uthiru, Kinoo, Dagoretti, Riruta, Ngong Road.

2. Nairobi Environs

For areas slightly outside Nairobi, we provide same-day delivery in the afternoon. Standard shipping takes about 3-5 hours, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 hours. This zone includes:

• Western Environs: Kikuyu, Wangige, Muguga, Thogoto.
• Northern Environs: Ruaka, Ndenderu, Tatu City, Banana Hill, Thindigua.
• Eastern & Southern Environs: Juja, Ruiru, Ongata Rongai, Kitengela, Syokimau, Athi River, Mlolongo, Ngong, Matasia.

Note: Orders must be completed by 2:00 pm for same-day delivery. Expedited delivery is available if ordered by 3:00 pm.

3. Countrywide Delivery (Outside Nairobi)

Top Favorite Cosmetics delivers to all major towns and cities across Kenya, ensuring your products reach you wherever you are. This zone includes, but is not limited to:

• Central & Eastern Kenya: Kiambu, Limuru, Meru, Embu, Muranga.
• Coastal Region: Mombasa, Malindi, Diani, Voi.
• Western Kenya: Kisumu, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia.
• Rift Valley: Nakuru, Eldoret, Naivasha, Kajiado, Narok.
• Northern Kenya: Garissa, Isiolo, Marsabit.

Delivery Method: Orders will be delivered the next day via Fargo Courier. 

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided on the morning of the delivery date. Fargo Courier typically delivers between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays, and between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm on Saturdays.

Important Delivery Information

• Specific Address Details: Please provide clear and specific delivery details to ensure successful delivery. Vague addresses may result in delays or require recipients to collect parcels from courier offices.
• Redelivery Charges: In the event of a failed delivery, redelivery charges will apply. Payment must be made before we can dispatch the order again.
