Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Gently Used Products: We accept returns for gently used products within 14 days of purchase. This policy allows you to try products and still return them if they do not meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Include the original receipt and the return authorization slip in the package.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For a quicker exchange process, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
